As well as having two coastal borders on the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico, Florida is home to 30,000 lakes. Starting in the northeast, Jacksonville is home to a wide selection of fishing charters. Jacksonville Beach has miles of open beach and porpoise watching year-round, while northern right-whales have a winter stay in the area.
